Just a few months away is all, a little time for some new projects, don't we need that from time to time.
Really, it's been a crazy start to the year (I look at life in terms of school years, do you do this too?). Due to some crazy weather over our state my kids have already had 7 snow days....and it's not even winter, throws a wrench in some things, it's been a struggle to keep it all together. But slowly I"m working my way back.
A few months ago I developed tendinitis in my right arm, which was more of a nuisance than anything else, but it developed into something called "frozen shoulder". There is no magic cure for this, it's just constant pain, some physical therapy and ice packs 3-4 times a day, from what I have been told this can go on for up to 2 years. Since that would be ridiculous I'm doing everything to take care of myself and get better soon, sorta new for me. Always vacillating between doing too much or worrying that I"m not doing enough, when clearly my body is telling me to slow it down, and that is really, really hard for me. What do you think? If your self employed is it hard to take advantage of down time? Isn't it one of the perks, being able to have flexible hours, but it seems that those hours never appear?
On to some brighter things, Hettle has a paired down look, and new items (Linen!) big bold color is on my radar this year. If you have some time to check out the shop and my new Big Cartel shop HERE I would be super thrilled and super awesome to hear from you too... thoughts, comments, advice it's all good. Oh and Hettle items are available for wholesale now too, so there's a bit of happiness in this post after all :) Hope you having a successful busy season with your shops and other wise, have a super friday~

Like the new look! The linen in the big cartel shop looks amazing. so amazing. The color is wow. just wow. I think the other shop link is busted though.
